Ine Pollenus plays Bach, Kreisler & Prokofiev
Ine Pollenus is a scholar and a student of Jan Repko at the Royal College of Music. Before arriving in England she won national youth music competitions in Belgium and performed in important Belgian venues including the Bozar and Flagey. In 2006 she was first laureate of ‘The Rotary Breughel’ competition, a national music competition for strings in Belgium. She has played under famous conductors Vladimir Jurowksi, Sir Roger Norrington, Bernard Haitink and Gordan Nikolitch. She is an experienced performer of chamber music including the violin-piano duo, string quartet and piano quartet repertoire.
