St. James’ & St. Michael’s School is a small, Voluntary Aided Church of England School, shared between St. John’s Hyde Park and our neighbouring parish of St. James’, Sussex Gardens.
St John’s is an Anglican church, and as such we have a responsibility to serve our local community. It’s something we take very seriously. For us, it’s an essential part of our ministry to serve the people of our parish whether or not they are coming to church.
Paint Pots Hyde Park Montessori Nursery is based in St John's Church Hall. A child's first nursery school is an important stepping stone. Paint Pots' aim is to make this step as happy and as rewarding an experience as possible, helping each child to develop confidence, self-esteem, independence, concentration, social skills and self-discipline.
