St John's is planning an exciting new development to bring our wonderful church up to date for the twenty-first century! In 2011 we are looking at a fabulous new building development which would restore some of the Georgian features of the church whilst also incorporating the latest technology. With a complete overhaul of our heating and wiring, a levelling of the floor and a reconfiguration of the East End, we will achieve a warmer, safer, more versatile and more environmentally friendly building.
Fund raising will begin soon with presentations in church and more information, photos and descriptions to follow. Keep in touch to see how the plans unfold!

Calling All Toddlers and Babies!
Due to overwhelming demand St John's Under 5 playgroup is expanding to incorporate a second play date. We now meet:
Tuesday morning 10am-11.30am
and Thursday morning 10am-11.30am
Come and enjoy the lively atmosphere and new toys, and bring your parents and nannies to share gossip, babysitters and whatever else adults are interested in. Squash and tea and coffee is available with a superlative array of high class biscuits. Try the trampoline, skiddadle on a scooter, perambulate on a pram, or just recline on our executive baby loungers. We've got it all here.
